Hi, I'm Aurelien Gerault, a Software Engineer Developer at Apple. Currently, I'm on rotation in the IS&T department building the Ask IST appβ€”an internal tool that empowers Apple employees with seamless access to IT support and resources. I'm passionate about crafting native macOS applications with Swift and SwiftUI that solve real problems and delight users.

Since joining Apple in 2018, I've worn many hats: supporting VIP customers in AppleCare, leading and mentoring teams as a Manager Apprentice, ensuring quality excellence in emergency support channels, providing technical solutions for 600+ internal systems, and contributing to Apple Intelligence initiatives. Each role has sharpened my ability to bridge technical expertise with people-focused problem-solving.
